SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order Shipments and delivery timelines for Paradise Tactical will vary. Orders on average pack and ship out between in 2-4 business days (this can vary during depending on purchases or during the holiday season) and will arrive, on average, in 3-5 days. If an order is placed Friday-Sunday longer ship times may be expected as the orders will be prepared during the following business week. Orders may arrive sooner, or later depending on our order processing factors and transit timelines. 

 

Domestic orders/shipping

  • Orders on average are packaged to ship 2-4 business days after order received. Your shipping estimated time of arrival does not begin until it’s been handed off to the courier (USPS, UPS, DHL).

  • Shipping Estimates of 2-3 day shipping or next day air begin once it’s been handed off to the courier.

  • Orders are generally received within 7 business days after date of fulfillment.

  • Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service or any upcoming big sale.

  • Free shipping is offered to US orders only when the order value threshold has been met. Military shipping addresses are considered US orders.

International Shipping, Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Paradise Tactical ships from the United States. International orders may be subject to VAT, GST, duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless specifically shown at checkout.
  • Paradise Tactical does not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount that may be due. Customs policies vary by country, and customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws before placing an order.

  • We accurately declare the contents, value, and country of origin on customs forms. We cannot mark orders as “gift,” understate the value, or alter customs information to reduce import fees.

  • If a package is delayed by customs, refused, returned, or abandoned because import charges were not paid, Paradise Tactical is not responsible for the delay or additional costs. Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

  Lost/Stolen/Damaged

  • Claim eligibility deadlines are as follows: within 15 days of package marked delivered for DAMAGED or STOLEN, 30 days from last tracking update for LOST items.

  • Paradise Tactical is not responsible for any packages in which the customer input the wrong address at time of their order.
