RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Our Return Policy

  • Items purchased (excluding blemished/ sale items) from Paradise Tactical may be returned for a store credit or refunded back to the original payment method. 
  • All return requests must submitted within 30 days from fulfillment. Each item must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair and smoke and any other substance deemed unable to resell.
  • We offer one time FREE exchanges per item purchased if you need to switch out your product for a different size. Some exclusions may apply.
  • A restocking fee will be deducted from returns.
  • We cannot refund the initial shipping cost, that is an expense incurred directly by the shipping couriers.
  • If an item is somehow defective, the customer has 30 days from the day of delivery to contact customer service to report the defect and our team will quickly assist you. Please see Damages and Issues for more.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return or exchange to be processed.
  • Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.
  • Purchases are final on all Sale items. 
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The returned item must be. This means free of stains, deodorant marks, perfumes/ sprays, make-up, dirt, rips, cuts, hair, lint, etc..

 

  • We cannot accept returns based on a "Change of Mind", Paradise Tactical is a very small company and returns are expensive.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at returns@paradisetactical.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If an item is discontinued, was a specialty item order, blemished purchase, or on sale/clearance, a return or exchange will not be possible.
  • Paradise Tactical Does not refund the original shipping cost to the customer.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for all returns or exchanges to be fully processed once it arrives at our facility.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • If your item is defective or a wrong item is sent, we urge our customers to quickly contact us to get your item exchanged; you have 30 days to ship back the item.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return or exchange to be processed.

  • Please contact us at returns@paradisetactical.com to start an exchange. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us atsupport@paradisetactical.comimmediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong size or product was shipped

  • We are very sorry if this has happened, and we will work as quickly as possible to make things right. We understand the frustration when patiently waiting for a shipment to arrive only to find out it isn't what you wanted.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Check your order form and confirm the item is incorrect.
    2. If the item is incorrect, please reach out to us at support@paradisetactical.com to have the product reviewed and exchanged.
